At 100% PURE, we want you to love your organic beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
